The Mission of F3 Pittsburgh is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

Free of Charge, Open to All Men, Held Rain or Shine, Peer Lead in a Rotating Manner, Ends in a Circle of Trust
The three F's stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith, with the first two being self explanatory and the Faith component meaning a belief in something bigger than yourself. While this is a men's workout group on the surface, it is a men's leadership development group who workout and hang with one another.
